Westella Wine Tasting

Westella is exclusively 100% Pinot Noir. Enjoy tasting five wines from our range of Blanc de Noir & Vintage Rosé sparkling wines, our Pinot Rosé & White Pinot, and our barrel-aged Westella & Tippogoree Pinot Noirs (vintages and availability allowing).

If you are keen to learn more about the range of fine wines that can be crafted from this premier grape variety, come and visit us.  Pinot Noir is all we grow and we are truly passionate about the universe that is Pinot Noir.

Pruners Plate

Casalinga smoked chicken and Spanish chorizo, Bay of Fires semi-hard rind cheese, Tamar Valley fruit, local chutney, local sourdough and Tasman Sea Salt lavosh (serves 2).


Tasmanian Cheese Plate

Your choice of 3 Tasmanian cheeses from our current selection served alongside Tasmanian quince paste, local sourdough, Tasman Sea Salt lavosh and Tamar Valley fruit (serves 2). Choose upon arrival.


Bruny Island Baked Cheese

Bruny Island Otto (fresh one day old cheese wrapped in prosciutto) OR O.D.O. (fresh one day old cheese marinated in oil & herbs),  baked and served with local fruit and toasted baguette (serves 2).

Bruny Island Oen (aged cheese that has been washed in Pinot Noir & wrapped in vine leaf), baked and served with local fruit and toasted baguette (serves 2).
