Winter Solstice Candlelit Dinner – Saturday 20 June 2026

The longest night of the year celebrated by candlelight, alongside warming fires, with friends, Pinot Noir in hand at Westella Vineyard.

Experience a sumptuous winter feast curated by Hubert and Dan, from Tasmania’s rich and wintry produce. All perfectly paired with Westella Sparklings, Rosé, White Pinot and barrel-aged Pinot Noir. We'll also include two special wine selections from our personal cellar to enjoy on the night. Think gastronomic pleasure in the glow of candlelight, fires roaring, to celebrate the longest night of the year.

Canapé - Roasted mushroom pate, sourdough crisp, pickled white onion, chervil & freshly shaved truflle / Beef & truffle tartare, toasted brioche, egg yolk gel & radicchio
Warm Bread - warm focaccia with brown butter, sage + sea salt butter
Entrée - Jerusalem artichoke velouté, Tamar Valley truffle, hazelnut crumble, chive oil
Main - Grilled Tasmanian lamb cutlets, potato purée, date & tamarind, salsa verde, pepper berry + Westella pinot noir jus
Sides - Charred broccolini, brussels sprouts & kale, lemon, olive oil, toasted almonds

Dessert - Rosevears Farm Morello cherry & almond frangipane tart, Westella pinot syrup, vanilla crème fraîche
